Casual Sunday Vibes

Casual Sunday Vibes

Hi Guys,

It’s another cold day in Calgary, currently -17 degrees celsius and it means another indoor shoot for me. There are so many spots to take pictures in Calgary and utilizing the mall has just been fantastic. Have you been to Sporting Life at South Centre mall? The interior decor is totally amazing and when I was thinking of a nice spot for my shoot, it was my go-to location.

I have a question for you guys. What do you do with your old denim? Honestly, I toss mine out after I decide i’m done with it (that’s a long time though lol). While looking for inspiration for denim, I found out there are a whole lot of things you can do with your old denim. If you love DIY projects, then you would love this. You can make a wine bag, a throw pillow, a coaster, a carpet (might be a big project for me), literally anything. If you have made anything with your old denim, please let me know.

I am still thinking about what project I would love to embark on, as for now let me enjoy my mom jeans that I can’t seem to live without lol. No joke, as soon as I tried on this denim, it was just so perfect and you all know how I feel about high-waisted items. Did you notice a theme with my look? I opted for clear heels and a clear bucket bag. I loved how it looked when I paired the look. Do you believe I got my heels for only $20. I paired the look with a statement necklace. I bought this necklace about 8/9 years ago and I hardly wore it. Thank God for closet cleaning because that’s how I found this necklace and knew it would be a perfect match for my casual vibe look.
